All the girls at work decided I should plan the girls night out party for one of our co-workers. So I started with the girls night out invitations and worked my way through to the girl party favors. The bride to be was so impressed with my choice of girl favors that she wants me to help her pick out the wedding favors for her reception. How do I get into these things? I not even a party person!
I was running short on money and still had wedding favors to buy. I had made up my mind that I wanted personalized favors for all our guests, but didn’t know if i could afford it. A friend of my clued me in on where I could get cheap personalized favors at a discount, so I decided to check it out. They were very unique personalized wedding favors and they were very reasonable in price. The items there were so reasonable that I was able to buy personalized wedding favor boxes for each gift too. I’m glad I listened to her and checked them out.
I was worried that I wouldn’t find gifts favors for my Irish wedding reception. I wasn’t sure if they even made Irish wedding favors. Then a friend of mine told me of a place where they have all kinds of themed wedding favors and gifts, so I gave them a try. Sure enough I found the favors and gifts I had been looking for. Now my keepsake gifts will match with the rest of my wedding reception and I know my family will love the favors we got for them.
I had to admit once I saw the selection of photo coasters in the wedding favors section, I had to admit that my friend was right. They do have a super list of photo coaster sets. I particularly liked the glass photo coaster, although the heart photo coaster was nice too. Infact, I liked them so much I decided to go with boxes instead of tags.
They were the cutest baby shower favor boxes, all in pink with little bows on them. She did a good job picking out favors boxes for the shower. The decorations were pretty terrific too. She said she found the party favor boxes at the same store her sister bought her wedding favor boxes , and that they carry boxes for all kinds of parties. I’ll have to check that out.
When I said wedding bell, my fiance said that he wants them to really ring. I laughed. He told me he was serious. All I had to say to get him to change his mind was, “Honey it will cost a lot more money” and he didn’t give me anymore feedback. Whew onto the the wedding bell decorating and the wedding bell favors. That’s right both of them. I found a store that sells cheap wedding bell favors and they have my decorations stocked too. How lucky can I get? All finished with the bell decorations and the wedding favors and it started out kind of rocky thinking my bells might actually ring. Things change so quickly, there is no sense in getting excited until you really know what you’re dealing with. I’m so happy how this turned out!

Their destination wedding was so lovely, the bride was gorgeous and so was the reception. She had everything arranged ahead of time, so all was ready when we arrived. I don’t know where she got all of her destination wedding ideas from, but I never knew destination weddings could be so wonderful. She told me that she was even able to get all of her supplies and favors for destination weddings right online. Apparently these types of weddings are very popular now.
I used to see that saying, during the summer, when families were traveling. In our case it’s Ring Bearer Pillows or Bust and we’re not traveling. Now that I am older I understand the “or bust” portion of this phrase but I don’t feel we will have to go there as there are many wonderful places that sell cheap ring bearer pillows. This is great news. I’m always ready to save a dime as everyone knows weddings are not cheap. We’re also thinking about pillow party favors so that every guest would get a pillow favor. I think this is a cool idea. Then I’ll have my personal ring pillow and the wedding favors ready to go.
I’m not having much luck in the wedding book department. Out of all the wedding books I’ve looked at so far I only found one wedding guest book I would consider. There has to be some better wedding book ideas out there somewhere. I did find my reception supplies though and I got all my wedding favors and decorations for the hall. I guess I’ll just keep looking, I’m sure I’ll find what I’m looking for, at least I hope so.
